I ordered a car battery using the website's drop down menus to find the exact model of my car (Toyota Rav 4, 3-door, 2002 model)
However, when the battery arrived it had the incorrect terminals which were far too small and unlike any other battery I have been recommended when i have walked into [link].
This was incredibly annoying as it was the first time I have used the service and I needed to get the car started urgently so in the end had to get a taxi to the nearest [link].
The battery is sitting in my garage - please can somebody from Euro Car Parts tell me how I can get my money back for it and send it back?
