Brandsumo have literally from the ground up built us a ecommerce platform that can not only deal with sales in a efficient well thought out way, but can also handle our finance options we offer to our customers. Every aspect of the website does exactly what we need it to do. On top of the great look and feel of the website they have built us and the second to none functionality allowing us to do exactly what we need on a daily basis with ease - the customer focus is 100%. Whatever we have needed to be customised, edited, or re-build brandsumo have done for us no questions asked. The prices are great and these guys are well worth the money - the work ethic these guys have is exactly what you need when running a business and exactly what we look for when hiring professionals to do a job. Fantastic work!

Incompetent and useless

Well first time with Bairstow eves and will be the last time also. The contractors they use are useless, their attitudes are - it's always someone else's fault. You need to speak to this person that person. No sense of responsibility nor customer satisfaction. Took them weeks to even return a phone call. Took them months to get things fixed with the house when requested.

Trentmaintenance

Shocking!

Really bad, liers and con artists. If you want half a job or the job to never be finished then look no further.

If you want to wait months for them to even contact you, then lie that they have the wrong number, then lie that they have contacted your partner, then lie some more - then use trent maintenance. Useless!

TopCashBack

Still waiting 8 months on for cash back

At first it seems like a great offer, cash back for something you would perhaps buy anyway. However, do not be fooled by the high cash back amounts - if you are willing to wait up to a year for cash back, then it to come back lower than stated, then it to take another 6 months, constant emails back and forth, messages, getting annoyed and posting on the facebook fan page, being told to be patient again.

It's a shame this could be a really good site and a really good business but they are either useless themselves or the companies affiliate team they use are useless. How can it take over 8 months for them to just look at the fact that someone has purchased a product with the same name, address, date of birth etc etc??!!

I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with TopCashback.

The vast majority of transactions track and are paid without issue. Generally speaking, it takes around 3 months for a transaction to progress to payable, although some can be longer- particularly contract or policy based purchases which have a validation period.

Problems such as untracked transactions or incorrectly reported amounts can occur, but they are relatively rare. Where this happens we try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but missing cashback claims or delayed payments can take a while to resolve as we are dependent on the merchant passing on the funds.

Great sevice and hassle free returns

Very impressed with Smart Play Zone and Smart Way Imports. They provide a top quality service and hassle free returns. Even more importantly their customer service is second to none. Never had a problem with these guys and I have purchased from them a number of times for our business.

Worst company I've ever come across!

Really really bad. Ordered a bed which came faulty. Sent the pictures and was agreed that it was a manufacturing fault and that the item needed to be returned. Charged us £45 for collection, didn't inform us how the bed needed to be packaged so when the bed wasn't taken charged another £45 on top. Really bad customer service and poor quality items!!! Avoid at all costs.

They also operate under the trade name crazypricebeds.

Shocking

Used them twice. Once they delivered on the wrong day. 2nd time they didnt even collect the item after I waited in all day. Please do not use this company and Amazon get rid of them, they are useless.

Yes I would like to inform Yodel of my review. So Yodel........ You can not run a business this way. 1600+ reviews and you have 1 star out of 10. Does that not say anything? You will need a miracle to save your reputation and a miracle to keep any big contracts you have with Amazon, boots etc. After thousands of complaints do you not think it is time to sort your company out once and for all. I feel sorry for any shareholder, customer or anyone who has the bad luck of dealing with you guys.

Also put a customer service number on your website, and employ some decent staff!
