I came across this site on Facebook and normally I don't click on FB ads but I think it was the name and also I was looking for inspiration for my cycling hubby for Christmas. I am very much into retro/vintage and the Merino Wool Retro Jersey stood out for me. I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days. I opened the packet and saw Medium - I wanted Large..... I checked my invoice (which I should have done when I ordered dhur!) and realised that I had made a mistake and indeed ordered Medium. I contacted Stolen Goat via the web-site and had communication almost immediately - telling me to return it, no problems or quibbles, and that a note had been made for the warehouse to receive it and replace it immediately. I got the new jersey the next day. The communication was done is a friendly but professional manner and I am super impressed. My recent experiences of Customer Service with other on-line stores have left me feeling very frustrated, over-promising and under-delivering; so this has been a refreshing change. The jersey looks fab and I am sure my hubby will love it - I love Stolen Goat and will certainly be back, and more importantly be telling other people about it. I already have 2 zip and link beds, one for personal use and the other is in my B&B - I get consistent remarks from guests on the comfort of the bed; but I was getting fed up of taking the head board off every time i needed to split the bed, but didn't fancy the fabric choices of the headboards available through Linx - so I got in touch with Peter Hawes and asked if I could send him some fabric that I had sourced and have the head boards covered. He was more than happy to accommodate, giving me the measurements etc. When I asked how much this would cost I was really surprised that there was no extra cost on top of the listed price. I posted the material up on a Friday and I got the completed headboards on the following Wednesday! I cannot recommend this company enough - in a day and age where customer service is woefully rare, it is refreshing to have someone go that extra mile. I am telling anyone who will listen about this experience! Thank you and I will be back when I need to replace beds in the future.
