I ordered a glass kitchen table from their website on 5th August 2012 with a delivery date of 4 weeks. After several phone calls (with me doing all the phoning,not once did the company phone me back)it finally arrived on the 13th September.
On trying to put the table together it was obvious that the said table was defective.There was no support for the glass table top,it just rested on the cylindrical upright support.This rendered it useless as you could not put any weight on the table and made it dangerous.This should have been spotted either at the suppliers or at the distribution warehouse.
After several more phone calls I was not prepared to wait another 5/6 weeks for a repacement and asked for a full refund.
I am waiting and hope it won't be too long till I get my money back.
The whole experience has put me off using this company again and I would advise others not to shop here.
