I placed my order for a server class computer around Dec 4th. I did like the ability to modify various aspects. So I chose no operating system and upped the specification on the motherboard.
The money was taken the next day, and I received an email to confirm.
Heard nothing more for a week but was then told that the order was in progress.
A further week and I was told order was delayed by two days.
Two days later the order shipped. Machine works but would have preferred money taken on shipment, not order.
The knife block, whilst boxed, and completely shrink wrapped was covered in dust. The casserole was damaged. On arranging a re-delivery, it was delivered to an old address, which they subsequently claimed they could not deliver to.
Have finally arranged a refund for the casserole. I'll never use procook again.
