Probably the worst online shop i have ever used ..
I ordered a t-shirt and a pair of shorts a couple of weeks ago and the money withdrawn from my bankaccount. I then waited for about a month or so even though the delivery wasn't supposed to take more than a couple days. After waiting waaaaay to long i contacted customer service. Nothing. I contacted them again, no answer. This went on about 4 or 5 times until they finally answered that what i had ordered was out of stock even though it was still available on their site. They then finally agreed to return my (i think it was about 25 pounds), i then had to wait another three weeks until the money was back in my account. IT'S A REAL STUPID COMPANY.

Quick Refund
I ordered some coins for FIFA Ultimate Team and expected the coins delivered in 24 hours as the site says. After 17 hours the money had been withdrawn from my account but still no coins. I emailed them twice, but no answer so of course i started to worry a bit. After some time they answered to my mails with a e-mail saying that what i had ordered was out of stock and it would be delayed, so i thought i would rather just get a refund. I posted on their Facebook wall, got an apology and a instant refund.
Ok service, no problems with the refund.

Jeg har bestilt tøj fra Lab mange gange, tøjet kommer ALTID til tiden og deres kundeservice er altid 100p åbne for hvis man skal byttet noget eller pengene retur.
Bestilte for ikke så lang tid siden en snapback derfra som desværre gik i stykker efter en måneds tid. Fik pengene tilbage 2 dage efter jeg havde afleveret den nede i shoppen.
Alt i alt 100p tilfreds og altid godt kundeservice !
