Rapid turnaround
I emailed Video2DVDtransfers to enquire about their service and had a speedy and informative response within minutes.
The VHS was mailed to them and the transferred film was returned within a couple of days, and I am really happy with the results.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to my friend who also have Video they'd like to move to DVD.

Do what they promise
I've been using Dell for nearly 10 years, and have bought 6 laptops from them.
If you're after a bargain it's worth looking at their Dell Direct site for returns/cancelled orders.
I've bought my last 2 over the phone as I was offered a better deal than through their online site (less 15%).

You need to speak to UK
The default helpdesk is in India, where they obviously work from a script. This means they don't listen!
After being escalated to a UK helpdesk my problem was resolved in minutes.
Tesco
Very happy
The drivers are helpful and friendly, and 9 times out of 10 delivery is on time.
There was an issue over timings, but £10 voucher received as compensation.
