Lost 50 GBP

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAVVI. Don't let the prices confuse you. Ordering in Zavvi is like a gambling.

- In one of the cases, I had to return a copy 3 times to make it work. They have damaged goods. The game eventually worked, after two months of emails and returns.

- But here's what really pisses me off: I ordered two games a few months back. That time I was very busy, just recruited to the military, so I couldn't track my stuff really. I completely forgot about the order which is my fault. But these are extreme circumstances. This order has never arrived.

So I contact Zavvi, and of course - They ignore my ticket immediately saying no return policy after 40 days. What? I didn't even intend to return anything. I don't have anything PHYSICALLY. I kept trying to explain myself and my case but as I was writing, I slowly realized I lost 50 GBP of an order, of hard earned money, to a bunch of scammers.

If anything, I bet Zavvi is able to sell cheap only because they steal money from people like me. DO NOT buy from them.
