If I could give no stars I would...

Long story short, my order is 20 days late they are impossible to get a hold of, iv sent e-mails, left voicemails and used there customer service messages on their website. No one has got back to me and its not the first time iv had problems with them. Wether it's their fault or royal mails fault it is their responsibility to fix this problem and I have been ignored. I will NEVER be using just beautifully.co.uk again and highly advise others to do the same. Their explanation is irrelevant and apology won't be accepted.

Thank you for adding your order number so I could investigate. I am very sorry that you didn't receive your first parcel that was sent 1st class post on the same day that the order was placed (30th August). The day that you left this review and we spoke to you, a replacement order was sent via our courier Hermes which was delivered the following day 15th September tracking number is 9318576652216872. It was signed for by your neighbor can you confirm you received this all ok?
