My order was delivered on time as promised, the shoes were a size too large but the phone service was excellent, a return note was emailed to me immediately, I returned them ( I paid the postage 'cos it was my fault ) and had a full refund in a couple of days, reordered the correct size this time and they were delivered promptly, this time all is well. Highly recommended.
