I have now been waiting nearly two weeks for a delivery of two teeshirts. I have tried to contact their customer service several times and got no response.
Rubbish service - will not be using again ......
Business cards took three weeks to deliver. Initially Goodprint Customer Service blamed Royal Mail and hid behind their small print conditions. It took seven emails to them (some of which were ignored) before I got any sort of satisfaction.
When the cards finally arrived they could best be described as "not bad for the price", but a long way from the “high quality, silky smooth" that is claimed.
I will not be troubling Goodprint again with my business.
