High quality products at low prices with excellent service.
I found Animed via the internet and have used them for over a year now. The products I purchase for my cats are up to 50% cheaper compared to what I would pay at the vet or petstore. I usually select free delivery service which arrives within 3/4 days. Recently I placed an urgent order for delivery by courier service and the order was at my home exactly as advised so well worth the additional cost. I always received constant communication from order confirmation to despatch confirmation which is helpful. The products I use always seem to be in stock as there has never been a despatch delay. Overall an excellent supplier and my grateful thanks to Animed for keeping their prices low so I can afford to continue to provide the same quality products for my pets which in these times of stringent household budgets is a blessing.

Extensive range at competitive prices backed up by 5 star service
I have used this company for many years as their prices are so reasonable and their reliable and excellent level of service. The one and only time I had to call to follow up an order (close to Christmas) I was given a replacement brand free of charge (to tide me over until my order was available) which was far beyond their obligation. In general any order I place is received next day - any expected delay is immediately communicated to my email address with frequent follow up messages - fantastic service.
