I had a great experience with Rush My Passport and Passport/Visa Specialist Ken Altman. Once I submitted the preliminary information and payment online I was put into Ken's good hands. He made sure I had all of the correct paperwork to send in with my old passport for the name change. He even went over getting a photo taken and how wearing glasses in the photo could cause issues. Since I wanted to expedite the passport the last thing I needed was to need to resend the photo. So I was grateful he went over the photo requirements in detail with me. The passport arrived on the day he said it would!
The only thing I didn't like was when I tried to use the online chat feature the person that was helping me wasn't really able to answer some of my questions. I would recommend calling and talking to someone over the phone.
