Customer service is lagging in response to return inquiry

It would be nice for a person to follow up on e-mails. After all a job of customer service is to take care of customers.

Alan,
Thank you for contacting our staff regarding the status of your return/credit. We do see that a contact was made on Friday at 10pm. Because this request was "after hours" we were not able to begin assisting until this morning when we opened. A customer service associate is assisting and does understand the priority. You should receive a response in 24 hours or less.
