Good products just need to watch out for faulty items.

I have been a little woods customer for 2 years and I have enjoyed nearly of my products received. The only ones I had problems with was the items that go in the SALE brochures both products I have received have been faulty. The first item was a baby high chair that was the wrong colour, as I ordered a blue one for my grandson not a pink one. Sent that one back and got another which arrived faulty, the tray was bent on arrival, I didn't order another one 2 wrong items was enough. The other item was chester draws the description said solid once assembled and upright I heard a crack, one of the legs on the Chester draws had split. About 5 weeks later someone's coming out to inspect the goods...I love the draws just need 1 leg...but apart from that I still order not as much just a little uncertain about some off the products.
