Bought 2 sets of bike lights but first I called them to check stock and spoke to a very polite helpful young man who checked the stock for me ordered the next day delivery and the order turned the next day by UPS in perfect condition. With good service and an easy contact number for aftersales should it be needed means I will definitely look to order with them again.
They sent an order out after i cancelled it so when it got to me i phoned them to say they had sent the order to me after i had cancelled and there reply with a touch of arrogance i might add was just send it back to us. I told the man on the phone it was there mistake so they should pick it up, but they were having none of it nor would they refund my order unless i sent it back so in the end i had to contact PayPal who refunded me.
I ordered 2 bike water bottles and two holders only a total of £55. In a separate order i did i ordered 1.5kg of Torq Recovery and 20 Gels. The next day i get an e-mail to say only part of the order can be shipped even though it showed in stock so i called them and told them to cancel the order for the bottles, OK they said that has been done for you. A day passes and i get another e-mail to say they have cancelled the order for the Torq products so i e-mailed them to tell them not to cancel that order and the e-mail i got back had absolutely no baring on the e-mail i sent them, so i got on the phone and yes they were sorry they had cancelled the order by accident after it had been sent to DPD, so to get the order back on track i had to buy the order again until the products were returned from DPD and if they weren't returned it would be down to me, of course that made me chuckle as it's there responsibility until i sign for it "bless them" .
Now then people can you guess what i got today! yup another e-mail to tell me the Gel's are out of stock even though the order i re-did was over the phone and assured all was in stock and would be with me by Friday 26/7/13.
I have now given up cycling and gone to live in the Congo.
Beware if you buy one of these camera's and need to contact them for anything on the technical side then just forget it. I have tried to call them over the last three days that's right three days and every time i get through to the automated voice it comes up saying your call is important to us, and then it tells you that you are caller number 28 in line and the average wait is 29 minuets, 29 minuets!! what a joke.
The best thing i can advise is to go and get a camera from elsewhere and check there support phone line to see how good they are first before you waste your money on a useless company like FOSCAM.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD GLADLY DO IT.

I had been looking for this item all over the place but found no stock anywhere, so i phoned up their customer service and spoke to a human being (take notice Wiggle) who gave me some advice and told me it was in stock and when it would be delivered. I could not of asked for more abd mt new stem turned up next day.
