Ordered a Helmet and they delivered the wrong one. Eventually managed to speak with customer service who promised full refund including the return postage as the problem was clearly their fault (black is not blue - though they would probably argue that...). Spent my time and effort correcting their mistake and I am still awaiting the full refund as promised 3 months later! Emails not responded too, phone almost constantly engaged, voice mail messages not returned! Trading Standards now involved...Beware !!!!!...Use Chainreaction, Merlin, wiggle, stif or rose bikes instead and save yourself a whole load of stress....
