Blackleaf pulled it out of the bag and restored my faith in shopping on the internet. My original order got lost in the post! I was very disappointed that my order didn't make in time for a birthday party, Blackleaf despatched a second order by tracked post to a revised address direct to the person who the gift was for. How a company deals with a complaint can affect whether you recommend to a friend or use them again, I would recommend Blackleaf :)
