I felt silly asking about strengths of magnets and sizes to help me try to re-create a pet toy, but I needn't have worried. I phoned up, explained what I needed and was instantly given professional advice, from a very knowledgeable and reassuring member of staff. Customer service was excellent. Magnets arrived even more quickly that I could have expected. They are exactly what I needed to do the job.
