Beautiful selection of jackets online and a lovely product... if only the fit was better for me!

I was so excited to find such a lovely jacket online - I had a few questions about fit and fabric and was thrilled when my jacket arrived the day after I ordered it. As I was advised by the very helpful lady over the phone at Muuba that the jackets are pretty snug, I had ordered a larger size (a 14 as I'm very tall at 5'11" and have a bust, whereas I often wear a 12). I loved the look and feel of the jacket, but it was a bit too short in the body and far, far too short in the sleeves - when I moved my arms forward, it really pulled across my shoulder blades. A size up would be no good as it would be too wide in the body. Such a disappointment as I thought I'd found my perfect jacket, style-wise, but they seem to be designed for girls a good few inches shorter than me.
