Whilst their foreign based helpline operators are very polite with great english, they spend more time reading from the polite script than sorting the problem out, and its premium rate.
The UK customer relations department will only accept responsibility and compensate for mistakes and poor service after the ombudsman forces them to.
Expensive in comparison to others who deliver better products and service.
Delivery can be slow and there isnt any online order tracking either.
Also, if they are out of stock of an item, you wont know about it until it turns up very late or you contact them, they dont inform you as standard.
Great free magazine, although naturally, it encourages you to buy after reading the articles
