I ordered a pretty expensive bottle of perfume for an important Birthday present.
After around ten days it haven't arrived so I called the company. I was treated in a very off hand way, basically the attitude was that I should read the terms and conditions on the web site as ten days was not considered overdue.
I gave it another four days, as by now the Birthday was just a few days away. This time I was met with a more sympathetic attitude, I was told they used Hermes as a carrier and they could check the delivery's progress which came up as basically "lost". Why they don't publish the tracking number so a customer can check himself, as Amazon, Screwfix, John Lewis and other good on line retailers do beats me.
Anyway I was promised a replaced by 'urgent' courier. This arrived about four days later...needless to say after the Birthday !
Sorry guys, in my experience you let me down, poor tracking, bad customer service attitude and a questionable carrier.
Perfume is good though, least the recipient liked it.
I needed a replacement patio furniture cover as the 'so called' summer had pretty well destroyed the old one.
Found what I was looking for on the Charles Direct site at a good price, ordered it, and to my amazement it arrived the next day !
What better service can you ask for ?, would definitely buy from them again.
