Festive Lights
Fantabulous
I love the lighted gift boxes.They are very high spec and look lovely when lit. I can't wait until next Christmas to use them. The service from Festive Lights was fantastic too. Lots of updates on delivery and a well packed product. Thank you

I tried the Biom shoes in Oxford Street but they didn't have the colour in stock. I ordered them online and the service was very very good, I love the shoes too and am so glad I bought them
Mattressman
fabuuuuulous!!
Our daughter actually recommended Mattressman to us as she was very impressed with their service. This company go above and beyond. We first bought a mattress from them and it was indeed next day delivery and within the time given to us.
We then ordered a wooden bedframe. I went on live chat to find out how high the bed end was because it was not listed on the site and the young lady phoned to find out for me. It was perfect so she then phoned my landline and we put through the order. Upon delivery the frame was broken. No problems when making the call to tell them. Straight away I was told that my early delivery charge would be refunded and that a.m the next day I would receive another frame. This duly arrived around 11:00 am the next morning. All in all superb service and very helpful staff. Thank you
