I placed the order and expected delivery within 48 hours. The order confirmation came through with the wrong address. I replied to the e-mail advising this and providing my correct address. Have now been waiting nearly 10 days and still have not received product which by the way has been fully paid for and discounted from my bank account. I have had to phone 4 times to complain and have been told that DHL could not find my house, which is total rubbish, my address is perfectly OK and post code is correct and is not a problem and never has been. I just cannot get the product delivered!!
