Efficient with a service that goes the extra mile as standard

Discovered through a price comparison site I bought from this supplier & was very happy to rely on the honest punctual customer service that included an invaluable delivery tracking service, mobile text progress alerts & the option to alter delivery arrangements within reason. Will use time & time again!

In full confidence, I paid for 2 x Geigerrig 2 Litre Hydration Engine with White & Bishop Ltd The system accepted the transaction. Unfortunately I was then contacted by the company to say that in fact they only had one to sell. This meant I would now have to pay delivery due to new total cost not meeting free delivery threshold.
It was agreed that one Geigerrig 2 Litre Hydration Engine would be shipped which it was but to my disappointment, White & Bishop Ltd had sent me a item unfit for purpose as it should have come with a drinking valve and tube as described by White & Bishop Ltd's image and product description.

I wanted to use the items for a charity event but come delivery I was forced to use a drinking bottle. I had given White & Bishop Ltd (staff JOE) an opportunity to resolve the matter via phone call. He failed to meet his followup contact the following monday forcing me to speak to a new member of staff on the following day. I had suggested they source me the missing part at no extra cost for the inconvenience but they were only offering a full refund. To date I still cant find a supplier & will think twice when buying from White & Bishop Ltd

Thank you for your honest review.
Please let me start by saying how sorry I am that you did not receive our first class service on this occasion, this is something we pride ourselves on.
After looking into this matter I find that your original order was for one item to which we replied to your following email stating we only had one left to sell you.

In terms of our customer service from one of my colleagues. He has been spoken to about failing to follow up as promised.

Our reason for only offering you a full refund is that our supplier did not have any spare drinking tubes to give us, which left us with no alternative but to offer you a full refund.
Once again please accept our apologies for our team letting you down, as you will have seen by most of our reviews that we pride ourselves on our service.
