The prices are very competitive and the selection is great. One of my ordered items had a delivery time of 5 days and only when the five days were passed I got a mail that it would be another week or so until the item was in stock. When that date had passed without getting any news I decided to call Snowinn, which turned out to be a good idea since customer service could tell me that the item was discontinued. But Snowinn did not contact me to tell me this, which is unacceptable since due to that the other item I had ordered was sent more than two weeks later than what was actually possible.
