Worst Service Ever

I ordered a bed on Friday. On Saturday they attempted to deliver half of the bed which was damaged, so I refused it. On Monday they attempted to deliver the same package. The delivery dept and customer care seem to be permanently on voice mail and noone bothers to return calls. On Tuesday they attempted to deliver one small package containing the side rails only. I've never experienced such overwhelming incompetence.
