Mirra chair delivered within 48 hours. Guy who delivered it very helpful and friendly, ergonomic setup done with great care. Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service
Product was faulty, they dealt with it extremely well - replaced it within a day and were friendly and helpful throughout. Would use again without a second thought, actually reassuring to know they deal with problems like this in this way as products can occasionally arrive faulty through no fault of the sender.
