when trying to purchase several products the order failed with NO Error message - nothing, no email - nothing. The next day I received what looked like Automatic Email saying your 'order failed' please click this link to try again! So, I tried again with no avail, after entering all my details into SAGEPAY Gateway - guess what same again. No email, No order conformation - just returned to the website. At this point I called support who 1) Did not LISTEN 2) then admitted of not knowing about the email sent to me but explained "she knew about everything going on". At this point I placed the order over the phone and received to goods the next day. I asked for an explanation but heard nothing, I then sent an email asking again for an explanation - I'm still waiting.
