Vapid customer service!

It has been two months and I STILL have not received my order. First, they sent it to the wrong address. It was returned to them and they wanted to charge me again for shipping; I paid again and they sent it to the incorrect address AGAIN. It is two months and I'm still waiting for my order! Also, they constantly address me as "Mr. Dr. Andrea ______" This is not a big deal, but it points to their vapid customer service and poor customer relations.

Thank you for your purchase. After reviewing your order, it appears the original shipment was held at the post office on 8-9-2012 because the "Addressee was not available", and they advised to have the item picked up at the post office. On 8-24-2012 the post office had this shipped back to our warehouse. On 9-7-2012 we received confirmation from you to recharge the shipping and resend the order. The charge was processed the next business day, 9-10-2012; and your order reshipped via USPS on 9-11-2012:


The tracking shows this cleared customs on 9-18-2012, and you should be receiving your shipment in the next few business days.
We do apologize the incorrect prefix was on your order, this has been updated.
