Charlies Direct

Good Service

I ordered a Simple Human Bin and the wrong product was dispatched. A phone call to Charlies Direct rectified this and the correct one sent out. The only one thing I did not like was having to wait in all day for City Link to deliver. Most delivery companies now take mobile number and give you an hours warning. I would use Charlies Direct again though.
