A Cut Above

What completely impressed me about this company is the lengths to which they go to enable customers and prospective customers to research their purchase throroughly beforehand - then follow it up with outstanding no-nonsense service.

Unlike many companies who presume you know what you're looking for, or just offer 'take it or leave it' (which is OK if the customer is browsing goods in a store) they actually show and discuss the goods they sell stating the good features and also the less desirable features. That kind of honesty inspires confidence but what really astounds me is that I didn't already know about the company, having worked in the business myself...

In this case I was searching for a printer that uses non-chipped ink cartridges but it wasn't their website I found via Google, it was a YouTube video produced in-house to highlight all the positive and negative features of the Brother DCP-J315W all-in-one wi-fi printer. Within a couple of minutes the narrator had adequately demonstrated the model in great detail and provided a link to their website - but without any pressure to buy.

I located the printer which was more than adequately described in text, together with the consumables and was able to make a value based decision to buy that particular model.

It was close to midnight on Friday when I ordered. there were no nasty surprtises at the checkout - the price quoted was inclusive of VAT and carriage with an option to pay for a courier if required. I like that!

On Satuday morning I received an email to advise me that it had been despatched. On Tuesday it arrived via Royal Mail and proved to be everything I expected - and more. The video didn't mention that the lid was self adjusting to accommodate copying books. It didn't mention that the power cable is side-entry so it can be pushed right to the back of my desk so I am completely satisfied with my new printer, the fast and efficient service and above all, the price.

If you're looking to buy a new printer or consumables, this company should be your first choice and I can unreservedly recommend them with confidence.
