Useless non responsive customer service

I've tried to contact customer services twice in relation to 2 orders. Other than an autoresponder acknowledgement they have NEVER replied at all. The phone numbers are non existent
If you ever buy anything from them and are nit 100% satisfied don't bother trying to get help - just send it back for a refund
I bet I never get a response to this either!

After checking your account I can see that an advisor did respond to both your emails within 24 hours. I would kindly advise that you check your Spam/Junk folder.

In addition to this, it is possible to contact us via our Facebook and Twitter page for an instant response. These sites are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our customer service team

Good prices and prompt service - recommended

I ordered some shimano cycle touring shoes in anticipation of a 2-3 day wait. The pricing was up to £15 cheaper than other sites and I was thrilled to receive the shoes that fit perfectly,, the next day.
