I bought a dress for my sister's prom, the dress was very expensive, I payed for one day shipping to later find out that they would not have the dress until november which is obviously 3 MONTHS too late.
I immediately called to cancelled my order, and they were not only unhelpful but they were super rude to me. I asked to talk to the supervisor and he started shouting at me. I was amazed with this situation cause any store or online store should at least try to be polite to a client. They refused to give me my money back, and as a college student I can not afford to spend my money like that. It is the WORST place to shop for dresses.
