The customer service approach was very much like speaking to my Dad. He made me feel as if I was asking questions that I shouldn't have been (questions like 'Why do you ship it yourself if it takes 7 days when I'm sure ParcelForce would do it tomorrow?'), however, when the Trampoline did arrive, the quality of the product was undeniable. Fantastic overall experience, little bit of a long delivery time and my Dad on phone support ... There's my review!
