Not quite what I asked for

I requested that the flowers be delivered after a certain time so I knew my mam would be home in the afternoon but they were delivered in the morning. Also ordered a bouquet specifically with freesias in but there weren't any when received and instead had bright yellow things in an otherwise all pink arrangement, just not quite what I asked for.

Whilst we allow our florists to make minor substitutions, however, we insist any change remain within the style and colour scheme of the arrangements chosen by our customers. From your description, this would not appear to be the case with your order and so our customer service team have emailed you to investigate the matter further.
