Once upon a time (about 3/4 years ago) I used to dread the thought of queuing for hours for a pc part just because it was the cheapest around. On top of that the customer service was non existent. HOWEVER, since then, and especially since the redesign of the store they seem to have eliminated any waiting times AND also employed people with very good customer service skills at the key points of customer contact.
