Like a lot a people (certainly those over 50 with an inherent nervousness of anything online) i was 'concerned' about sticking a large amount of cash into an envelope sticking it in the post and sending it to a company I'd no knowledge of before. On the promise that they would, on receipt of my cash, convert it and put the money straight into my bank account. Oh yeah, not only was I sending cash i was giving them my bank account details too for heavens sake.
Of course though, it was all good. Let's face it, how long would they be in business if it weren't?
They sent me many reassuring emails, and the very next day the sum agreed was paid in. What's more (and this is the important bit for those of you who have no trust issues) the rate they gave me was easily the best. Had I taken my wedge along to the post office counter and 'safely' exchanged it there, I'd have been over £100 down on the deal.
No brainer, go with it.
