constant let down

they seem to be a middle man company(hold no stock themselves, and advertise items, which they may not actually be able to get, & have no real consideration for their customers and take a while to dispatch.
numerous order have been cancelled (with no email contact about cancellation) which obviously leaves me pretty angered.
