Sharps Bedrooms and Home Office company are in my experience a nightmare.
I have just recently had my spare room fitted with a wardrobe and have had nothing but issues from the beginning from the 1st surveyor said I needed to do one thing and designed the room which I must say on paper I really did like but when the next person came to check the design he then said that this could not happen due to a fire in the room and a curtain rail, so I had to have another surveyor come and make another design.
There was issues with the person who came and turned up to fit the waldrobe, when I asked him for his ID badge, he didnt have it and gave me a story that he had been with the comapny for 12 years fitting and never been asked and he was sent to me as he was the best fitter.
After the wardrobe was fitted I have had endless issues with this company and they are still unresolved as I write this review. They have yet to take some of the rubbish away from the fitting and also I have had to have someone back to fix some the the dodgy workmanship that I was unhappy with. Also in the small print Sharps state that they are not liable for any damage to the decorating, well I had my room decorated after the wardrobe was fitted and then had to have them come back again to fix some of the issues and I had to get a letter of confirmation from them that in my case they would be liable because the way I see it if they had done the job right in the first place they would not have had to come back once my decorating had been done.
Overall my experience with them has caused me a lot of stress, all I wanted to do was get this room decorated ready for when my great grandson was born and for when he comes over to stay. The room is still not finished as the curtain rail which I had altered because of sharps, which in fact did not need to be done in the end, now needs to be sorted out and I am now waiting on Sharps getting back to be about various things but getting to call you back or to speak to the same person is an nightmare and I have now lost my patience with them.
