Confusing delivery

My experience of buying from Back in Action was marred somewhat by the delivery company that they use. I received a text on the morning of my chosen day of delivery advising me of the hour slot that my delivery would arrive in. It didn't arrive. I emailed Back in Action to enquire what had happened and I didn't receive a response. The next morning I received another text from the delivery company telling me that the delivery would be made that afternoon which it was. Most annoying given that I had cancelled plans on my chosen day of delivery to make sure I was available.
