Back in May my flights were cancelled as the company sold to flybe (was BMI baby), so I had to book other flights. I claimed for my money back as I had to pay for the new flights and they say they would refund me, and I have still no received it. I have phoned and emailed countless times and I have had no satisfaction.
How do some reviews get replies and help to refund payments?
