I recently sent my Grandson a personalised Dr Who card for his 7th birthday. I also bought him a Dr Who book because we both like Dr Who so he could see I had linked everything together for him. I booked it to be sent on the Monday to arrive in plenty of time for his birthday on Saturday. I was bitterly disappointed to find out when I arrived it had not arrived. On checking with Funky Pigeon.com they said it was 'stuck in their system'. They could not explain any further. They also sent the card out late and charged me. They gave me £5 as a 'good will gesture'. I've now asked them to close my account.
