A TRUSTED NAME FOR ONLINE GOLF EQUIPMENT
Had been thinking about purchasing a set of Taylormade RBZ clubs for several months now from various online retailers before discovering this site. After looking at the site I have to say that I found their prices very competitive, particularly in relation to the RBZ package set which were excellent value. After reading several reviews on Trust Pilot decided to place an order late on Friday evening and complete order was at UPS for dispatch on Monday and then arrived on Wednesday. All clubs were as described and well packaged. Can't fault the service or price. Would definitely recommend this site. Only downside for me was not finding this site until now. Will look here first for fututre purchases. Thanks.

Disappointing, Disillusioned, Disgruntled.
So, first time buyer from this store. An item on my order was not in stock and they could not source one despite it still being shown on their website. Apology received - thumbs up for that and I was informed that they would supply a FREE sleeve of balls as a goodwill gesture - again thumbs up for that. Invoice received, showing that the FREE golf balls (i never asked for) had infact been charged to my credit card ! ! Thumbs down. Sent an e-mail outlining issue and still not received a response or the money back. Thumbs down. Must do better.
