I ordered Ortho Shire Pocket Mattress on the 24th Aug 2012 and the order did not arrive on the expected date. I contacted the after-sales team on 18th Sept by phone (on 10th attempt) and was informed that the order was dispatched long time back and should be with me and it will be investigated. The online status has also be showing as order dispatched for the last 25 days.
I have not head anything since. When I try to ring, no-body answers the call. I have submitted online queries as well but not answered.

Got a phone call on the same day of posting this review and an email promising a refund. The refund has appeared today on my card. So, thank you worldstores for resolving this so quickly.
