Paid next day delivery (ordered before midday), no news by 3pm next day, so started to make enquiries, then get an email ''just been processed''. No-one told me on phone.
I work in transport myself, so i know usually customers don't mind if they are told...but for them to ask, they get annoyed.
Told it'd be with me day 3 early morning. Turned up around 4pm.
Told would be given postage FOC, but yet to receive a refund...into day 5 now.
Would i recomend buying online with Ted Baker, honestly, no! Would i buy from a competitor next time (Tommy Hilfiger / Hugo Boss etc), honestly, yes!
