First time ordered online - disappointed

Ordered handbag online had to pay postage, when it arrived it was too big so then had to pay postage again to return it.Cost me about £14 to buy nothing. Tried to order a smaller bag and tech case in replacement but no one called me to take payment. I gave up and had to chase customer services for my refund. Disappointed as I Iove Ted Baker, I have many items bought from store.
