I strongly advise against ordering anything from Ted Baker. They use a rubbish delivery company. When they tried to deliver the package we were out. When we tried to arrange re-delivery the driver was extremely rude & uncooperative. When we complained to the delivery company they referred us back to the driver. Again he was rude and uncooperative.
To cut a very long and frustrating story short we contacted Ted Baker who eventually arranged re-delivery. When I asked for compensation they offered 20% off my next delivery. I don't think that's acceptable as I wont be ordering from then again. Why should I have to spend more money to get compensation for poor service?
