Placed the order (mainly because of price and ratings), and all seemed fine. Got a call from one of their technical guys, who seemed confused that I was buying two blu-ray players. However after he did a little research to my order agreed I had the right items. Said he would now commit the order and I would get it on the following Wednesday. I then had to phone again late Tuesday to get some confirmation that a courier was going to deliver, as I had not seen anything confirming delivery or times. I then had 5 emails telling me about each item ordered, but no tracking number, so a further call on Wednesday was required. Anyway all's well that ends well, everything turned up on the due day and are now working perfectly. Thanks...
