ACHICA

My Achica home!

I have been in the very fortunate position to completely refurbish a house. Well Achica has done it for me! Everything that has been bought has been bought online, from Achica! Furniture, lighting, bedding bedlinen towels kitchen stuff, art work, rugs... and on and on! I have had so many compliments from our brilliant workforce our electrician now shops at Achica, our plasterer and decorator has ordered a rug just like one of mine! and on and on. The quality, unusualness of goods, and price I cannot fault. I also cannot fault the helpfulness of the customer service staff. The only reason I have not put a full 5 stars is that the Order History is often out and the e-mails stating an order has been dispatched would be improved by stating carrier. Often the e-mails are received after the goods have arrived! I am also fortunate in having good neighbours otherwise it would have been extremely difficult. But having said that I LOVE ACHICA!!

Rubbersole

Too long to wait!

I am afraid that I find it unacceptable to wait for 7 days from posting and paying for an order to receiving it. Rubbersole used to deliver via Royal mail in 24/48 hours. Sending me testimonials from satisfied customers when I was trying to discover where my order was (Yodel's website was apparently having difficulties) instead of answering my question did little to help the situation.

Hello Patty,

I have taken a closer look into your customer account to see what had happened. We do state in our terms and conditions, as well as on the payment page before you pay for your item that delivery with Yodel is a maximum of 6 working days from the date the item was shipped. Your order was placed on the evening of the 11th September, shipped out on the 12th September, and delivered on the 19th September, therefore being delivered on the 5th business day from despatch and arriving well on time.

Rubbersole was purchased in June 2011 by a French company, so since then we have been using Yodel as our free delivery service. I do see that you had contacted us several time by support tickets, and the latest one from the morning of the 19th was an inquiry where your parcel was, to which we had replied that it was out for delivery that day. I do apologise if this was not clear.
